A green fields project, the client, a fibreglass boat manufacturer required a purpose built facility. Designed and project managed by the team at Macbuilt, the finished building includes a 25 meter wide span, 520 square meters of office space and a 1000m2 suspended mezzanine concrete floor.

Agrissentials Fertilisers

John Morris, Managing Director of Agrissentials Fertilisers looked at nine different contruction companies before choosing Macbuilt to design, project manage and build his custom 50 meter clear span fertiliser storage building. Designed to allow for tipping trucks and heavy machinery, the building was constructed with structural steel without the need to central supporting beams.

Built on a swampy site with a limestone base north of Auckland at Dairy Flat, the custom design and built 25 meter span Flight Hauraki hangar was completed on time and on budget. The double bay aircraft hanger was designed to allow for easy indoor/outdoor access and for maximum manuerverability of the aircraft

Another custom designed and built aircraft hanger, this time built for private client Andrew Hellyer of Kaukapakapa, Auckland. Built on Hellyer farm north of Auckland in a high wind areas, the shed was built to withstand tough weather conditions.
